Speaking of licensing, some brand guidelines actually impeding on the game for once - you can’t customise the Sanrio vehicles, or play the course in Mirror Mode. I kind of get them not wanting people making The Green Kuromi Car With a Five Guys Decal, but who cares if the Sanrio logo’s backwards!?

Smushed into the latest news post about Crossworlds on Steam - in future, Festivals will run for *10 days*, so way more time to get the limited rewards Some previous festivals will also return, presumably the ones that don’t involve licensing hurdles

Actually comically evil to make the ‘US’ rep for the SEGA machines in Crossworlds the only one that had a region-exclusive (and worse) name

2295

Tracker_TD @tracker-td.bsky.social · 09/10/2026

here is my very normal reaction to kuromi and segaland in Crossworlds apologies for the double audio in some bits, Hal was right next to me and I didn't think to just share her mic

store.steampowered.com/app/2486820/... Once again, Sonic Racing Crossworlds is on sale. Standard version (no Season Pass) is down to £25.99, which is a pretty great price. Plus, it’s timed perfectly with the second Hatsune Miku Festival ingame, so you can make The Kaito Car™️ or the Meiko Mobile™️

Hal’s playing the Animal Crossing DX patch, and lemme tell you, forcing it to 240p and hitting it with the RetroTink scanlines is the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen

Well that was a traumatic 24 hours It’s a good thing I married a PC expert, because I think @halseeyon.bsky.social stressed over this more than I did, and tried every thing possible to revive it - and we did it!

also some nobhead told me to remove the Blur Fix mod for Origins from the Perfect System guide bc it didn't work after an update, which I did for some reason ...it works fine for its updated purpose (CRT filters, ported from Mania), you just have to toggle on anti-aliasing. Looks great.

TFNation 2026 is fast approaching, and once again my brother has roped me into tagging along, so I'll be there on Saturday 1st! You'll find me staring longingly at every Lio Convoy, probably.

One of the pages on the app even just hallucinated a completely made up synopsis for the thing purely based off the title (literally none of this synopsis has any relation to the actual story) Absolutely baffling stuff

started cataloguing my World Match races using sonicdahog's template from the Crossworlds Lounge It's handy to have, helps identify weak spots (that Radical Highway race was bizarre though, a Rank E 'bot' won and was zipping around the map like a maniac...)
