Deadpool needs to be shelved. Redo the power levels bc we don't need that many OP/Omega level mutants. Get rid of Hellfire Gala. Wolverine doesn't need to be on every team. The mutant/vampire thing is overdone. The stakes need to be so high that characters don't come back, permanent or figurative.

I remember not going to the movies that much when I was 18, but I made sure to buy tickets for Batman Begins, Mr & Mrs Smith, and Brother's Grimm. Blockbuster and Hollywood Video were still around, so I just picked up whatever I didn't catch on DVD.
