@byrobdavies.bsky.social Just when is this confounded club ever going to learn? The corner flags are now part of a #scam? #thfc #coys
In order to be allowed to vote on what corner flag design should be adopted at the Spurs Stadium, fans have to join the 'token fan', sorry 'fan token' platform $ocio$.

In case this speaks to anyone in the #coys or #tottenham space...
What your donations will achieve for Ten to One and it's staff, musicians, comedians, performers and all those that enjoy the vibes.

£3,000 - GETTING TUNED UP - This much would allow us to continue trading and work on moving forward, securing staff positions and some more live events. Protecting the space for musicians and artists.

£5,000 - PLAYING AGAIN! - If we achieve this level of support we will be very much in the safer zone for the business. Ensuring we can continue well into the new year, from here we can drive things forward into 2027. With the intention of creating more live events for our artists and musicians.

£7,500 - LET US ENTERTAIN YOU! - This will guarantee the future of Ten to One well into next year and beyond. It will allow us to make vital upgrades to our sound equipment, allow us to book in another 30 shows with guaranteed payment for the acts.

£10,000 - ROCKING THE HOUSE - This ensures the survival of Ten to One well into the future and will allow us to continue supporting all our acts, staff, and other community groups. We would be eternally grateful should achieve the mammoth task with your help and support.

When everything you read feels like a subtweet aimed at #THFC. #COYS
When the culture already teaches you to understand yourself primarily through the prism of what has damaged you, and when the cultural framework simultaneously grants moral authority only to those who have been damaged, the two systems reinforce each other seamlessly.
It offers people a coherent identity, a community, a moral position and a language, all at once. What it does not offer, and what it actively erodes, is agency. Therapeutic culture places people in a permanent state of recovery rather than transcendence: you are instructed to acknowledge your wounds endlessly and to identify yourself with and through them.

It gets better. The ball did not touch Williams' head... but did touch both his left and right arms, the dissembling scoundrel. #THFC #COYS
"BBC Sport understands that Pro Ref - the new name for the refereeing body that was previously called Professional Game Match Officials (PGMO) - is completely happy with the decision to rule out the goal.

There is irritation within Pro Ref about how the story has developed, partly because Williams was so unequivocal that the ball had not touched his arm - when there is now evidence to the contrary.

"I've seen the images and the replays and at not one moment did I think I handballed it," Williams told Sky Sports.

"I have seen all the images and at not one moment can you tell that has clearly hit my arms, because it never. I knew straight away I've headed it down in between my arms. It didn't hit my arm."

The feeling is that if Williams had not been so certain with his comments that the criticism would not have been as strong.

The new evidence also *shows the ball did not touch his head*, although because it all happened in a split second it is conceivable he was not aware of that."

Richarlison's side of the story, from ESPN Brasil. (I've transcribed the Portuguese and had it summarised...) www.tiktok.com/@espnbrasil/... #COYS #THFC
Richarlison’s Position Before the Window (His Version)
* Pre-season conversation with De Zerbi: open to listening to proposals, but not asking to leave
    * Framing matters: listening to offers is not the same as requesting a transfer
* Previous season: received strong offers, mainly from Saudi Arabia, but chose to stay
    * Context: Spurs were close to relegation, squad heavily injured
    * Richarlison felt he couldn’t abandon the team in a crisis
    * Seen as a key figure in the final stretch that secured survival
* Returned for pre-season training, participated fully, named in the starting XI vs. Brentford
The De Zerbi Fallout
* Three weeks after the pre-season conversation, Richarlison scored the winner vs. Chelsea
    * De Zerbi then told the press Richarlison “sometimes wants to stay, sometimes wants to leave”
    * Richarlison’s version: he had only ever said he’d listen to proposals; he never wavered on wanting to stay
* After Marmouche arrived, Richarlison was dropped to the bench
    * Was in the squad mid-week (League Cup) and the weekend (vs. Newcastle), but no longer starting
* After the Newcastle game, De Zerbi publicly named Richarlison among three players who had “asked to leave”
    * Richarlison disputes this directly: he said he would consider a move if a good offer came in, not that he wanted out
Everton Negotiations and Tottenham’s Agenda
* Everton made an offer, but it was well below proposals Richarlison had already received from other clubs
    * He had previously turned down those higher offers partly out of loyalty to Spurs during the relegation fight
    * On Everton’s terms, he was unwilling to go; he considers Everton his club of the heart in England, but the personal terms had to work
* Tottenham reportedly wanted to use the Everton deal to facilitate a swap involving Ndiaye
    * This structure did not suit Richarlison’s interests
* Spurs then began leaking that Richarlison didn’t want to return to Everton

After everything I went through in recent years, I decided that NEVER AGAIN would others decide my future for me. I went through many difficult things during that time and almost all of them happened because of decisions made by other people. Pressure, threats, retaliation—none of that scares me. I’ve been through worse things… believe me!

I have always made clear, at every opportunity, that any move of mine to another place would also have to be good for the club. If it wasn’t, I would never accept it… just as I didn’t accept when everything here was falling apart and they needed me. I stayed and gave my life. So, I hope they treat my situation with the same respect I have always had for Spurs and for all the people who worked with me during this period. They just don’t want to decide for me anymore.”If an agreement is reached between Spurs and Everton, I will return to my team of my heart. My intention was indeed to return to the place where I was very happy. Only the negotiations weren’t going the way people wanted. And it won’t happen that way anymore. Despite this turmoil I have a contract with Spurs, and I will be at the club’s disposal.

the opposite side is Harry Kane, who the striker describes as a benchmark for his own game.

“My friends know this: I used to be a Tottenham fan because Harry Kane played there,” Pejčinović revealed.

“For me, he's a player I love watching because, both offensively and defensively against the ball, he does things that not every striker does. I absolutely love that, and that's why I always try to pick up little things from him.”

Tipped by many to be relegation candidates, they revelled in confounding the doubters. They just missed out on European qualification for the first ever time by a mere point after their season petered out with just one win in their last 10 league matches.
Central to replicating their success will be getting Igor Tudor [mate] to fire again in front of goal. Only Erling Haaland scored more than his 22 top-flight goals last season which helped him secure a place in Brazil's World Cup squad.
