People who leave comments saying I shouldn’t do a thing in fic because the author doesn‘t approve are underestimating the fact that I came up in Anne Rice fandom 😂 (no need to go looking for the comment, it is already gone)

One is wearing a vest and chain wallet from her belt and is kissing the other woman, who is looking quite surprised to be kissed while her coffee spills from one hand and papers fly from the other. The first woman is holding the hair of the second. On the flier it states that applications are open now for future buff volume 1 noon pacific time 8th September through 9th October. Theme: rivals.

I know I'm the one writing them, but your honor, I love them. (Got another 1500 words written on the Lan Zhan/Wei Ying/Luo Qingyang threesome fic today. I'm a woman on a horny, horny mission.)

"Wow, you just say that all with a straight face," Wei Ying says, marveling at the shamelessness. "You're not even a little embarrassed."

The corner of Lan Zhan's mouth ticks up. "I think you'll find I say it with a bisexual face," he replies, absolutely and utterly deadpan. It breaks through the sexual tension like the point of a screwdriver driven through a window: Wei Ying cracks up laughing so hard he has to sit back down on the bed, one hand covering his face and one clutching his stomach against the laugh cramp.

"I take—take the correction," he wheezes, wiping his eyes. "No one's doing anything straight in this room tonight."

"Not a single one of us," Luo Qingyang agrees.

ScarlettStorm

Summary: What horrible thing could come from writing to Qin Su that would make him feel worse than he does now? Does he expect her to announce to the cultivation world that he was entirely taken in by A'Yao—Jin Guang—Meng Yao's lies? The entire cultivation world already knows that. There was an impromptu conference when all of Meng Yao's crimes (his many, many horrible crimes, crimes Lan Xichen didn't think possible for him to commit) came to light in front of the entire assembled gentry. (Well, the gentry except for him, given that Meng Yao had him held prisoner at the time.)

Or: Lan Xichen takes some good advice. It goes better than he ever expected.

Notes: This is for Kit Stubbs, whose username in Fandom Trumps Hate this year was "Kit_would_love_a_sequel_to_It_Seems_the_Hills_and_Rivers_Have_Been_Waiting." I had my marching orders, so here's the start of the Lan Xichen/Qin Su sidestory/sequel you asked for! Thanks for supporting democracy, Kit!

I like to think that while the Shinyas are having their whole crisis, Aki and Fusako are having a normal one. Going on dates, falling in love, moving in together. The Shinyas notice none of this until they’re all abroad for a competition and they get asked to serve as marriage witnesses

When you can’t decide what to watch after Pursuit of Jade, the correct answer is to persuade a friend to watch it so you have an excuse to watch it a second time 😌

It’s probably a good thing I decided not to get too invested in the imperial politics in Pursuit of Jade because we’re four episodes from the end now and rather than resolving things they’re making them more complicated and I‘m having a hard time imagining wrapping this all up in a satisfying way
