Did you know air temperature can actually feel hotter than what the thermometer reads? The Heat Index is a measure of how hot it really feels when relative humidity is factored in. Find out how hot it feels by using the chart or the Heat Index calculator found at: weather.gov/safety/heat-index

The National Weather Service (NWS) Heat Index Chart. A large grid crosses air temperature (80°F to 110°F on the top horizontal axis) with relative humidity (40% to 100% on the left vertical axis) to calculate the "apparent temperature" or how hot it feels.

The background is a color gradient that shifts from yellow on the top-left to deep red on the bottom-right as heat and humidity rise. For example, at 90°F and 70% humidity, the heat index is 106°F.

There you have it: solar is now generating more energy than coal. That didn’t stop Trump from lighting $700 million taxpayer dollars on fire to try and prop up the coal industry. But the proof is there. Solar is cheaper, cleaner, more reliable.

Mammogram and ultrasound today shows I have a bilobed complex cyst of ovoid shape but they want to do a biopsy on it. Which will be next week. They told me my cancer risk is low but I still cried in my car.

Well this is fun. Yesterday afternoon I felt a pretty big lump on the northern quadrant of my right breast. My heart SANK. Without hesitation I called up my PCP immediately and they were able to fit me in early this morning. Now I’m waiting to schedule my mammogram and ultrasound. Prayers. 🙏🏼
