Arguably the greatest remix of a promo only track based on a b-side which was a rework of a previous single, but also a remix of a remix of a b-side which was essentially also a remix

All my #Prince Celebration ’26 idents for Paisley Park. The theme was ‘Celebration of Life’ so the identity uses a sun – a symbol of warmth, joy, love and freedom. It echoes the sun at the centre of his happiest and most celebratory album – Emancipation, which has its 30th anniversary this year.

The bittersweet high of seeing my artwork appear on an official Prince single, on the day that marks a decade since we lost the greatest musician to ever share our planet.

When you take into account technical instrumental prowess, flair, vocal range, production skills, songwriting, dancing, vision, imagination and breadth, I reckon you can make a pretty solid case that Prince is the most musically talented person ever to have existed

My Celebration 2025 artwork has gone live. This year’s event pays homage to 1985, incorporating the Purple Rain tour and Around the World in a Day.

The main visual for Paisley Park’s Celebration 2025, designed by Tora Bliss (aka Tora Borealis) featuring a Purple Rain era Prince surround by doves, flowers and a ladder. The title uses both a Purple Rain inspired font and a Paisley motif.

Proud to see my article in Purple Music #5, a fan-made collection of writings on the Purple Rain era. My 10 page essay on When Doves Cry is featured alongside one of my illustrations. Congrats all contributors on a muy hermoso magazine.

A photo of a spread from Purple Music magazine vol 5. Featuring a Prince illustration and the start of ten page essay on When Doves Cry, both by Tora Bliss under the pen-name Tora Borealis.

Career highlight: my artwork being the cover for an official #Prince single. Where do you even go from there?
