Well, today I saw my #Shrink, and like always, we had a great chat, plus he sent the refill for my anxiety medication. I've been 2 days without it, and I've been through 2 days of fucked up crazy #HarmOCD and #Anxiety spikes. If I'm going to take the med daily... Right now, that's debatable.

My wife, my 36 year old daughter, my son in law, my 31 year old son, my daughter in law, my 3 year old grandson or my 1 year old granddaughter could be just taking a nap, and I have to keep checking up on them, just to make sure that they are breathing.
