Court fees go up on 13 July! Filing an application for a divorce, nullity or civil partnership dissolution goes up from £612 to £628. An application for a financial order, currently £313, will rise to £321. Children Act section 8 order appns (s10(1) or (2) Children Act 1989) go up from £263 to £270.
