can’t believe we’re getting P3’s feMC and they’re locking her behind P5’s dorky gacha game. what a travesty.

watching the 2nd hathaway's flash film made me realize how much of a better headspace i am now in, now that i've moved away from so much the Gundam/mecha circle. so much of the movie made me grit my teeth in questions, mental/physical eyerolls, and mental/emotional exhaustion directed at hathaway.

i didn't think Endwalker would hit me this hard. haven't teared up for a video game in some time. had to sit and soak in what just happened -- recollecting everything up to that point, then all of a sudden, a punch in the -emotional- gut.

a shame they couldn’t get Ayami Kojima for Belmont’s Curse but Katsuya Terada’s work on the cover art and style is still excellent.

the novelty of the Viera and Hrothgar are really cool in the latest expansions so far but it just makes me miss my Au Ra. i got through so many ups and down, blood/sweat/tears (so, SO many) with the ol' gal -- can't help but compare everything to them.

Wore my ae86 shirt today because I needed to do laundry and ran out of shirts, and didn’t even realize it was 86 Day, until some strangers and coworkers started talking about it. Made some cool car friends from a happy accident!

Cabo Verde were amazing that game. Can’t believe people gave them a 1% chance when they made Argentina shake in their boots, and scored that many points against them (with the extra 30 minutes too).

trying to relearn Monk's rotations has been...interesting, since returning after Stormblood's release. they've removed and updated so much that it seems like a different class now. almost akin to reading a novel, taking a break and realizing that you're now holding a children's book.

Glad to see Muramasa coming to PC. I asked Vanillaware’s George Kamitani why he hasn’t put his other games on PC and he said he totally wants to, but it’s up to the publisher to finance the ports. So if you want 13 Sentinels, Dragon’s Crown, Unicorn Overlord, Odin Sphere etc. on PC, make some noise.

Very excited for the next DQ. It looks and sounds cool. Won't lie though, I'm actually very curious what the original build looked like before they scrapped everything. And also, how is Toriyama still involved in the designs lol This really is Beyond the Dream.

Must unlinking the single token passcode app, for XIV, be this difficult? It was never been this difficult before. I’ve tried for a hours, went to bed and woke up, and it is still not resolved. 🫩 don’t need to replay thousands of hours of this game.

If there’s a song that ever encapsulated my life in my twenties, up until the lowest point, it’d be The Cure’s “Disintegration”. It’s probably a good contender have played at my funeral when that time comes. Next to Mariah’s “Fantasy”. Can’t decide on which will play first.
