Finally catching up on #MOTD. Nothing underlines where #MUFC are at the moment like Manuel Ugarte giving it the big one after levelling at Everton with 10 mins to go after playing awfully. A Sir Alex Ferguson side would have grabbed that ball out the net and tried to find a winner. Mediocrity.

Watched #WatfordFC v Derby back in preparation for the pod yesterday. A few thoughts (days after everyone else): 1. Mattie Pollock was the bollocks: the bloke is a proper old-school CB. Tried to bring some balance to the #WatfordFC debate after three consecutive defeats. The season is on a knife edge. We're either going to come through this and get our unexpected playoff challenge back on track, or slide into mid-table mediocrity – which was a best-case scenario last summer.

West Ham seems like the sort of job that could really restore Graham Potter’s reputation. Big club, resources, a deep sense of ‘the right way’ to play football. He’s just got to get them safely into mid-table this season.
