Feet are bad (blisters and dead toenails), but getting there, long term sore(ish) knee is back after no pain on the day, but other than that, feel ok… although barely moved since Saturday 😂 Still living off the high of running into Keswick, most satisfying thing I’ve ever done!!

I had a chat with a retired BP leader a couple of years ago, who said something like ‘we don’t leak methane, if we did, we’d put it right because that’s the right thing to do’ When I see articles like this, I wonder how much some of the fossil fuel industry have heads in the sand in a similar way
