At the Smithsonian they had some volunteers wheel out a space suit that you couldn't touch, but they also had a table with a glove and boot and other things that WERE for touching. It was pretty neat.

Made a light mount for the bike @matrices.bsky.social has been using. Now the light is out front and doesn't get blocked by stuff in the basket.

A wire basket mounted to the rack on the front of a pink bicycle. There is a rechargeable headlight mounted low in the front of the basket with a bracket that clamps over the basket wire.

Sierra Trading Post is good as a tjmaxx style discount store for outdoorsy stuff. In store they only have whatever's on the shelf but online they usually have some selection of sizes

Washington switched to allowing alcohol in stores in the time I've lived here. A weird period where stores were figuring out how and you'd see things like taped off lines on the floor around the otherwise open liquor aisle saying you had to be 21 just to be near the shelves
