The widest actually made track is 2.2 meters wide, by the Great Western Railway in the 1830s, however, it was converted to standard guage in the 1890s. Hope this helps! :3

Did some research, there has been no 5 meter wide track made. The widest track planned was the Breitspurbahn in Germany. It was planned to be around 2.7 meters. On the Wikipedia, it says after WW2, there were multiple plans for lines as long as 5 and a half meters wide, but nothing beyond a mention.

almost like there's something we could have done to a large portion of our transportation infrastructure years ago that would have lessened the effects of this alas, can't think of what it is

CW: pedophilia, grooming I haven't seen anyone post about this here, so I'm gonna talk about it. @takinovo.bsky.social has been outed on x as a pedophile, with proof. She's also admitted to it on her discord server (pic of that in thread). x.com/MeniKillVCR/...

I actually messaged Jouigi about this, too. She first dismissed it, but later corrected herself, said she was looking into it. He always acts like the victim and how it was fake when there’s some pretty damning evidence.
