Vegan meat replacements often look odd, quite disgusting, before an end result. This is a ground beef replacement, from The Herbivorous Butcher book, halfway through, and then as it is in a delicious pan of chilli. First time using this recipe, and it ended up being perfect in a chilli. #vegan

The 2nd @idream.bsky.social is underway, and the Daring Duo of Miriam McCabe and Lilith Van Biesen are presenting on "The Evolving Architect" in the keynote. Already so many good takeaways but 1 that rings true is the growing need for critical thinking, especially when it comes to working with AI.
