Pile(BUN)ker. I usually don't work on this during the week, but I needed to unwind something fierce and this helps fight the bad brain bullshit. So, I spent time trying out audio for the execute. Made 5 different cam angles for the kill to reduce fatigue. I am pleased. #CherubDev #UE5 #GameDev

OMG. 29 years ago I put an Easter egg in Duke Nukem 3D Mac, that replaced two of the in-game posters with pictures of a couple plush animals I had. I never told anyone other than my wife about the code (DNGLENDA) and completely forgot I did this. 1/2

The "creatives" who use genAI at any part of their process need to understand I'm not desperate for new media. There is such a backlog of arts, movies, books, and games WITHOUT genAI that if nothing new was made again, I'd still need a hundred lifetimes to consume even a fraction of it.

I love seeing folks shrug and say "well, AI is an inevitable part of software now so you better get used to it". If I said "salmonella is an inevitable part of produce now" you would probably reply "that's unacceptable, we should fix that", but nobody expects anything from software developers.

its hard to tell for sure when a website is vibecoded. the easiest way is to look at who made the site, because a lot of times they'll brag about the AI they use, or get super defensive over people pointing it out.
