Are they not keeping some if it? It would be useful to have a profit split between what they are selling and what they are keeping of the Engineering Division. Perhaps it will appear in due course.

I have a small position in ADF (small due to poor liquidity). Last 2 days it is moving up on relatively high volume. A possible recovery stock. CEO bought a couple of months ago including a tiny amount into what appears from a distance to be perhaps a childs ISA - no real idea but (1/2)
