I threw together a gochujang ground pork and kimchi fried rice today that I wish I could share with everyone. Fried rice has become one of the best things I make and this might be the best one, and mostly out of fridge mustgo ingredients. I'm finally feeling well enough to cook after a sick week.

The College of Science doesn’t hire professors who teach flat earth or phlogiston theory. There’s no debate there. Their proponents are doing science wrong and do not belong in a science dept. People using science to justify racism are also doing it wrong. Don’t debate them, fire them.
