I'm proud of this one. I conquered every hill in Spring Ridge and beyond. Elevation of 500 ft was an emotional barrier I really needed to break, and I exceeded it (535). Broke in max-cushioned SuperBlast 3's; they made a BIG difference in leg freshness. #BlackSkyFitness #BlackSkyRunClub #runsky

#Zwift is upgrading their cycling experience in October, but they've also added new running route badges. A few are 7+ miles; this Beach Island Loop was 8.05. Although I increased my treadmill speed .2-.4 mph, my bpm avg stayed below 155. Feels weird, but I'll take it. #BlackSkyFitness #runsky
