Hazel is so good. Getting 25 Any% on console. Getting a time like that without the practice tools that PC players have access to is so impressive

Now that it has been over 5 years (what is time) since the 1.4 update for Celeste, I thought it would be great to show the people what even changed for speedrunning back then. A lot of people weren't around back then after all youtu.be/psTZTHsNFvE

This is definitely one of the best videos regarding the topic on how to become a top runner at any game. Can recommend watching it. Even if your goal might not be the top, it's still a great watch on what goes into it

I will be realistic and not expect anything larger than what 3b got in the 1.4 update. But still am excited even if it's just moving a single rock

I can finally release my biggest project so far: A Celeste Movement Guide. This is by far my biggest project that I worked on and off for the past few years. I'm very glad to finally be able to share it and give quite a few tidbits to optimize your Celeste speedruns. youtu.be/DOCTFCWPW5I

Movement Guide video is done and uploaded and you can expect it in the next few days, I just need to go over subtitles because I do care a lot about always having these for scripted vids and just have to double check that yt didn't do a funny. Also Hollow Knight playthrough will continue later today

this is what happens if you don't reset bad early games: You actually get to the end of the run 🤯 Actually winnable pace out of Reflection, 25 soon surely

Tiyo @tiyo98.bsky.social · 01/04/2025

There are so many Celeste submissions for SGDQ. More than I have seen I think ever. My favorite definitely would be "All Hearts", but I would be happy to see basically any of them. I would be heavily surprised if we don't see at least one of them with so many good submissions, but guess we'll see

Not being able to highlight twitch vods when you're over the 100h storage limit right now, before April, is so bad for channels that are not affiliate. Have to export and delete hours of highlights within a week to not have a vod deleted before being able to highlight it.

050

Tiyo @tiyo98.bsky.social · 07/02/2025

Today I got not one, but TWO 26:36, which is 3s off my pb. I'm happy I finally get good sessions again, so a pb is coming soon! (Of course losing 8s at flag 2 in one of those runs, wasn't a great feeling)
