I just plucked a hair from inside my ear that was a solid 3 cm long. I'm officially old.

Brains are so weird. I saw this font on a YouTube thumbnail and I immediately had a strong feeling that I had seen it before. After digging in my brain for a few seconds, the word "Overball" popped up. I played the 1-hour demo of this game about 22 years ago.

See, everyone? That's what YouTube is all about. None of this current day thing I don't relate to, but this very specific niche that defined how I perceived the platform when I first discovered it.

I know I'm a week late but unless the rules have changed in the past 20 years since my referee training that's no goal and a yellow card for intentionally hiding out of bounds to gain an unfair advantage

The SMB1 any% run is now where I thought the record would reasonably end up when I made my 4:54 explained video in 2021. Except this time, I have no doubt the TAS tie is coming

All the people who are anti-cancer or want to slow cancer progress, I have one (2) question: If cancer disappeared tomorrow, could you still get through an entire workday without skin, lung or even brain cancer? Imagine cancer was suddenly cured. Would you actually be willing to give it up?

The accuracy of this is mind boggling. The black and grey section on the left, the two yellow stripes, the black stripes on the right, the colors match nearly perfectly throughout. I had to look it up because I couldn't believe it was real.

Thinking about that time a friend of mine showed me this cool internet forum, I made an account and posted in the off topic, "count numbers with images" thread. I found a nice image of the next number in line, posted it, and the next day, my friend comes up to me, horrified

Tech bros love to say AI makes them 10x more efficient because it lets them make something with 10% of the quality for 1% of the effort*, as if that was actually a great thing. *Only if you discount the insane amount of energy waste involved in the process and only count their own personal effort.
