Having fixed up a house from the 1940s and one from the 1960s, looking at your photos bring me joy and also reminds me of $$ spent and headache as you keep finding stuff as you dig deeper. Its the biggest anxiety/stress but the most rewarding thing ever

There are very few horse designated area left in los angeles, we live in one of the few. Every house has a horse yard here and access to trails. Unfortunately, people coming in and buying up houses and building ADUs on them and making big rental properties

For my running/training/marathons I exclusively use the most basic version of the Polar watch. It tracks the most basic essentials. No connectivity except the GPS to track mileage. No maps, noise, etc. It can be set to a number of sports (walk, run, swim, etc). Also does heart rate.
