Rewatching Cardfight Vanguard: Overdress and it’s still one of my favourite TCG anime’s It has such a great mix of over the top anime scenes and low stakes slice of life drama and comedy that a lot of other TCG anime just skip right over

It’s been a bad brain day, but at least it wasn’t a bad Brian day. I hate that guy.

CEO Dan Clancy says Twitch now uses AI to identify streamers that may not match a brand, since it now transcribes all streams for brand safety. It won't show ads on channels or content the AI believes don't match what the advertiser is trying to achieve.

In the end I’m just yelling at clouds, and I do get that everyone enjoys art and media in their own way. It’s not up to me to decide how someone should enjoy something, or what they take away from that experience.

I’m just not sure why you would rob yourself of the chance to let something make you feel a certainway , or reflect just because you think it’s purely for kids.

TINK! @tinktiger.bsky.social · 24/09/2026

I’ll never get people who say animated shows shouldn’t tackle tough subject matter - especially when the demographic is kids or young teens. Digimon beatbreak does that, and does it well imo. but to some because it’s childish at first glance - that means it’s “trying too hard” or “it’s edgy”

The "female slop" draws your artwork, writes your stories, creates your fursuits and much, much more. Get over yourself. Misogyny is a gross look, whether you're straight or gay or bi or other.

Ooo sick!! I’ve not had the chance to play against that, what kind of play style does it have? Hehe thanks! There’s some TS decks I’m looking at, but I’m also very excited for the new kingEtemon support because he’s a silly guy If you’re ever looking for peeps to play with hit me up! ^^

Also I was gonna dm you but can’t on bluesky! If you ever want to give Digimon a go sometime hit me up! I know you enjoy yu-gi-oh so thought you might enjoy how the gameplay of digimon has been evolving recently!

Yeah that’s the main thing that’s putting me off tbh, it also seems like a setting that would better suit a longer campaign, but I prefer to run short adventures that are maybe 5 sessions long at most? I feel horror leans so well into those shorter stories - public access looks like a lot of fun!

Got a couple of digimon tcg store championships and regional tournament coming up and still no idea what deck I should learn in advance.

Yeah the beastworld setting is absolutely lovely! The book shows just how much love has gone into making it which is why I’d love to run a game in it! Just neee to find the time to read the lore section of the book to make sure I know what I’m talking about hehe

Struggling to decide on whether or not to run a short campaign of “Public Access” the analog horror ttrpg OR run a short D&D campaign in the delvers guide to the beastworld setting. 😮‍💨 I feel like I DM horror better than I do most genres, but maybe I just want a whimsical furry game for once

I have indeedy! Though I’ve been tweaking it bit by bit as I’ve been playing it more It’s for the most part a traditional rebootmon deck which utilises bootmons app fuse line to quickly get into rebootmon - it runs Dantemon at the top end as well as red card & roleplaymon for option immunity

000

TINK! @tinktiger.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Aye! I’d love to try some 3M but I don’t have a lot of the older cards that go into a good 3M deck, I might have to pick up some from card market! We defo need to play some games sometime! ^^

TINK! @tinktiger.bsky.social · 09/09/2026

Dantemon fits real nice into the top end of rebootmon and enables some pretty easy to pull off OTKs - Beat Break is just pretty good in general and there’s a lot to explore with the new support that came out in BT26

Decision paralysis on what decks to play in Digimon TCG atm with so many good picks available with the release of BT26 (and the upcoming EX13 set) For now… maybe Rebootmon and BeatBreak? Possibly Data Squad Rosemon if I can make a build I enjoy with her
