There are only two kinds of user interface in this world: a button and a text input. LLMs? A button. Blender? A text input. Despite their appearances, google search is a button, while ableton is a text input

Pencil on paper. A man in a sweater leans out of his apartment window with his hand on his heart and yells out for everyone to hear, “There’s music in my heart again.” A woman leans out from her window a floor below him and says, “Sing us a song, sweater boy.” Artist’s note: I was emerging from a long stretch of moodiness when I made this one. For a moment, I was sweater boy.

“average word game online is 50% genai” factoid just actualy a statistical error. average word game is 0% genai. Outlier, whose ui is vibecoded and is 100% genai, is an outlier adn shouldn’t have been counted

They absolutely did not lose this case. They just bought themselves some nice shiny 10-year regulatory capture for the low, low price of $18b and with one stroke just killed at least three dozen future competitors before they could even be founded. This was a complete victory.

LinkedIn broke ctrl-click on the external links in Safari by insisting that user goes through their intermediate page for safety reasons, no doubt, and something doesn't quite work there (works good in Chromium, though)
