Do you know the OP personally? You are pretty aggressive and proving their point.

Those are good reads! Trek books definitely got me through most of my summers and skipping class 😊

Idk what upstream timeout means, but I assume it means that someone at Bluesky is telling me I need a timeout from this website

Have you been good to yourself today? Made yourself a cuppa? Taken five minutes of guilt-free time, entirely for you?

I mean this sincerely: I think you need to log off and talk to someone. This level of conspiracy thinking over a Star Trek show is concerning.

Should I play Star Trek online? I'd be either using a PS5 or PC (if it makes a difference) #startrek #sto #gaming #gayming

Not everything is celebrated everywhere, and an Andorian from one region might know surprisingly little about another region's traditions. #andorian #treksky

Thy’ren @thyren-shal.bsky.social · 28/08/2026

Modern celebrations are considerably calmer. Andoria also has religious observances connected to Uzaveh, family and bondgroup ceremonies, community gatherings, and rites for remembering the dead.

The Water Guardian festival in the northern Archipelago has one of the more colorful histories. Older celebrations involved a great deal of drinking, very relaxed attitudes toward public affection and sex, and, if you go far enough back, a few traditions we're quite happy to have left in the past.

Andorian festivals can vary quite a bit depending on where you grew up. Different regions have their own traditions, particularly those connected to the old Guardians.

You are weirdly obsessed with people liking SNW.

Someone enjoying a Star Trek episode is not evidence of a corp phone bank. Sometimes several people have the same opinion because and stay with me here they watched the same episode and liked it. Accusing random fans of being paid shills because they disagree with you is genuinely weird behavior

A quick cooldown rough color render of Artist's Andorian OC, USS Celeste's Chief Medical Officer Lt. Commander Kev Th'Arennon. His uniform jacket is undone and he is rolling up the sleeves while smiling smugly. Under his jacket, his black and grey undershirt can be seen.

Not really sure why there is so much discourse about SNW. People aren't being forced to watch it and there are all previous series and films available to watch to scratch an itch. Just turn it off 🤷‍♂️

Thy’ren @thyren-shal.bsky.social · 28/08/2026

Are you accusing someone of being a "shill"? That's an extremely weird take. SNW isn't perfect but it's good and fun. Unless you have some kind of evidence, why make baseless accusations?

Being trans is beautiful. There is something profoundly brave about choosing to know yourself, love yourself, and become more fully who you are in a world that so often asks you to be smaller. You are so loved and I'm glad you are here 🏳️‍⚧️💙

Black-throated conch flowers — Distinctive ornamental flowers with furry yellow branches, found in landscaped Andorian parklands. Elta — A native flowering tree, showing that Andoria’s plant life is not limited to low-growing tundra vegetation.

Zletha — A native Andorian flower, little else is recorded about it. Cave lilies — Rare flowers that grow in sheltered environments; striped varieties are considered unusual enough to be noticed in cultivated gardens.

🫐A Few Flowers of Andoria🫐 Challorn — A sweet-scented flower associated with pleasant fragrance and even used in romantic comparisons. Vithi — An edible flowering plant. Its bulbs can be roasted and served as food.

I’ve never understood why humans find Andorian marriages of four so strange. On a world where warmth, shelter and survival have always been shared, why wouldn’t love be shared too? Expecting one person to be everything you need seems far stranger to me. #poly #andorian #startrek #justasking
