I don't know enough about her to say anything specific. Heck, earlier today I saw Z's (🇺🇦) news about supporting allies, not Iran. So while Russia backs Iran, Z's gotta support the Ukrainians in neighbouring countries by helping protect his people, even if it means allying with the aggressors.

A nod to @McLaren & @Ferrari for having a form of internal braking, by using air ducting to creatively "create" more wind resistance. Initial research doesn't seem to show anything meaningful, especially at the passenger vehicle level (mainly because any "parachute" works ...)

Vehicle obesity - aka luxury, can be paid for, by the wealthy, more trips to charging stations/pumps, etc. but for EVERYONE else who just needs a safe, affordable means of transportation, mass manufacturing of people movers should be priority #1!

The real fix is in material science - we need lighter & stronger, so that we don't need massive brakes, and heavy battery systems since we're going electric. Everything boils down to weight - we can use smaller everything when the vehicle is lighter.

I learn, in part, it's because of performance (weight), squishy tires, and so we need to compensate by engineering better suspension. Somewhat recently, we may be moving from braking by wires (hydraulic) to electrical signals. Ok, cool, brakes can be tuned/program to feel.
