I have been actively involved in protest movements for 24 years. I have never seen anything approaching this scale. Minneapolis is not accepting what's happening here. ICE fucking murdered a woman for participating in this, and all that did is bring out more people, from more walks of life.

Hoping people are here, because I want conversation and connection, without the shitty platform owners. Is this place ok? ps did you know that ICE is kidnapping, murdering, and terrorizing my neighbors here in Minnesota, while other neighbors welcome these terrorists into their small businesses.

Hey, just a quick note to let you know you deserve to be heard, and you deserve to be understood, and there are people in your life who like a shot at both if you'll give them a chance. And, yeah, that is scary. But you have brave in you.

I wish I could tell you ALL THE THINGS that I get to witness in my client's sessions. They inspire the shit out of me and do heroic work every week. Some day I am going to have some fully-double-opt-in stuff that you can see. (Hit me up if that's you.)

Have you ever been so afraid to fail, that you reach all the way back around the world and touch "who cares if I fail, let's try!" I would like to tell you I'm stepping *up* to "let's try" but that'd be fibbin

Good morning friends. Happy friday! In the _blockers_ section of my standup this morning I simply have, "I am unwilling to be blocked right now, so constantly moving forward with whatever we got, knowing it might be better later." And this feels like a whole mood. What you got?

The spice must, like, flow, man.

Mashup of movie posters for Dune and The Big Lebowski. At the top is a list of Big Lebowski actors in small print. Below is a painted image (originally by Paul Mann) of Big Lebowski characters. Towards the bottom is the catchphrase "Sometimes There's a Man", and below that is the word DUDE in the same font as in the poster for Dune. At the bottom is a small figure of The Dude standing in a desert, with "In Theaters | HBO Max OCTOBER 22" overlaid on the sand.

Hi Zécca! I’m building @getelevenapp.com — the best way to collect important thoughts and questions between one-on-one conversations — because people deserve better 1:1s, and companies shouldn’t be losing $9T a year to turnover, burnout, and low engagement.
