I used to photograph this view a lot - there was a café I bought my lunch just below here. There’s now some netting up and the café has long gone, but the view is still cool. Love looking up in the City of London :) #iphone15pro

A Say's phoebe fledgling squawks for its parents at a nature area in Longmont, Colorado.

In this vertical color photograph, a young Say's phoebe faces the camera with its beak wide open while perched on a weathered dead branch. The branch enters the frame from the lower right before immediately splitting into upper and lower forks that angle gracefully across the composition.

Perched on the upper fork, the fledgling calls loudly as it waits for its parents to return with its next meal. Its soft, fluffy juvenile plumage and expressive pose create a charming portrait, capturing both the vulnerability and determination of a young phoebe learning to fend for itself.

Continuing with my memories of Om photos, this one was taken in the Highlands of #Iceland in Sept 2023. There are strict drone rules about photographing in the national parks, including the Fjallabak Nature Reserve, but this was taken just outside the edge of the restricted zone!

TL -BR, achillea which is huge and flowering like crazy, a bench full of crassulacea with sedums, aeoniums and crassulas, a view across showing a lot of shades of green and red, ferns and ivy keeping their heads down at the back, my dahlias, 2 new ones and 2 returning from last year, my wildlife pond more full of life than ever.
