#Conlangity 7 Sun-Drop sentences tend to start with the subject and end with the verb A sample sentence from one of my WIPs has Au being told by Laets that they make him happy, but he uses his native Sun-Drop sentence structure so it sounds like this “You me happy make too.” 🪡

And more complex things can be put together “Can you believe we’re already on our way?” In english word order becomes “We on our way are already, you able to believe are?” A note: Adverbs are allowed to come after the Verb since they’re modifiers. Voilà a glimpse on Sun-Drop sentence structure

If you wanted to describe what you do for work you could say “I a hotel worker am.” (Intransitives also put Verb at the end) I want to say that Sun-Drop can also use the indirect object to show possession (like Latin’s Dative of Possession) “To me a cake there is” 🪡
