I hauled a 150mm-600mm lens plus other gear, on that hike, hoping for some wildlife. Saw NONE. Like not even a squirrel.

We hiked trail out to the suspension bridge (& back) at Pukaskwa ... and, due to a poorly marked detour while Parks Canada was repairing the marsh section, it was a bit more than 18km, & yeah, me taking nearly 40lb pack along was just dumb. I was in rough condition on last couple of kms on return.

The Park itself does not offer rental bikes, but a few places in Thunder Bay do.

We visited Toronto’s new Biidaasige Park today and were completely blown away. It’s a huge park that’s been beautifully designed with wide walking paths that easily accommodate walking, biking, strollers, pets, you name it! This is the new best place to see the downtown skyline.
