While I support solar in general, I think it's very suspect that lots of places are legalizing plug-in solar right when all the data centers are sucking up the electricity sent via the lines our tax dollars went to. Feels like another theft of our money for the profits of the fat cats.

I was shocked today to learn how easy it is to make sashimi at home. Literally any fish frozen for 7 days and farm-raised is sashimi grade. I literally just bought the Frozen farm salmon from Costco. It was delicious, no more spending 30 bucks on AYCE sushi to eat $5 worth of fish

My Dr. told me I needed to cut back on carbs and red meat. So I'm eating a bowl of heated frozen broccoli for lunch....cause everything is trying to kill us now and the broccoli was frozen before RFK Jr. took over the country's health. We work the vast majority of our lives. Most people from 16 to their 70s. 5 days a week, 40 hours a week, 50 weeks a year if you're a full time employee. There are 52 weeks in a year, we get 14 days to ourselves + 2 days per week. Should we really strive for a world where we work >50% of our lives?

I have a hypothesis that people who are prone to crying get sick more often than people who can deal with their shit. I don't cry often (more often now since my dog passed but still less than most) and I almost never get sick. SO cries at the drop of a hat, constantly sick. 🧐

I wrote a similar one and sent it, but didn't cc anyone as I am not sure how they treat that.
I met with Lake Union Partners yesterday and they had a group of developers speaking in front of the Seattle City Council complaining about this item. They were a handful of people who spoke against it, and then the unemployed left of course had a whole bunch of people trying to "stick it to the man" as they want other people pay for their living accommodations.
Very sad.
So, Jack, Nevin et al please keep writing more emails to them so they know that we don't like this at all and keep some pressure on them
