Just a quick update on me and my life: Last week, I was diagnosed with diabetes, hypertension, and high cholestoral. The same day, I went to the hospital. Last weekend I had emergency surgery to get my gall bladder removed. I'm home and recovering well.

So, good news/bad news time. Good news: meeting my girlfriend's family on our trip went great!! Bad news: I sprained my ankle within an hour of meeting them, and am pretty sure I broke a toe on the other foot during that portion of our trip.
