Last year was a maple cider, for summer a watermelon and now it’s a chai. Highly recommend if you can find it. It’s also a local cider, made just a ferry ride away. 270

There are several things I make on a regular basis at work(ambrosia, jello poke cake, etc) and it is a joy to see in a modern cookbook.
