I think I'm cooking. Also, first ACTUAL bit of writing shared to this account?!?

An excerpt from a piece of writing reading:

To you, whomever was so unfortunate as to be deigned with this novel, I beg: Stop; leave this book where you found it or, better yet, burn it. I do not know the origins of this novel, nor do I care enough to know. It just appeared on my desk, fully written. Bound. Written by a person whom I have not acquainted myself with.

Yet it knows my story. MY lived experience. A tale that should never be spoken nor written down, meant to be forgotten, has found its way into my home, intended to be sold as fiction.

I beseech you to read this as truth. Do not listen to how it feigns a fictional front. I know not when I can retell my version of events, not that it would be of any use, as this is a damn-near perfect retelling, but I shall try. If not for my sake, then yours.

I don’t know what may happen to whomever reads this. I was just reminded of the terrors. Nightmares. Survival. I guess that does not matter now, what’s done is done. Thus, I implore you, again, do not read this.

I don’t know what’s worse regarding this damned book: the fact that this is an accurate retelling, or that my story can be summarized in just a paltry thirty words.

Some people might not be aware, but it is entirely possible that without Dolly Parton we wouldn’t have had a COVID vaccine. She partly funded Moderna’s research and gave the largest individual contribution to make it all happen. Just gives you an idea of the kind of person she was.

If anyone is getting smacked with this - just use deer.social or another alternate client. Bsky is just an AT Protocol Client, and your Bsky account is an AT Protocol account - you can use your same Bsky account thru another AT Protocol Client, no migration or loss necessary. Could not be easier.

0% okay with this. It has already been a known (and observed) practice for over a decade that digital copies of games can be revoked at the company’s whim. We literally JUST saw Sony remove over 500 movies from the accounts of people who already purchased them, w/ no recourse. Pure profit chasing.

I fucking despise everything about Playstation. I have a disc drive PS5 and now nothing new will be made for it. I’m still looking forward to a few games shown at the State of Play (if they will be on disc), but from that date: I will no longer purchase digital from Sony. Fuck ‘em.

Could Discord kindly fuck off? Cancel your Nitro if you have it. Age “verification” is just a cushiony way of saying surveillance. It helps no one but the corporation.

This makes me less than enthused on buying any KH game now (never played). I only hope it was a higher up forcing this and not a deliberate choice by the art team.

I have this idea for a story, where each “bit” I would have one word to envision in up to 2 pages. Ex: The word is “Encapsulated”, write two pages with this word as the premise. I could take this as creatively as I want. Like, something taking up a LOT of time, or being hyper focused, or drowning.

I don’t really get the discourse over the new Star Fox designs. I think the biggest misstep here was Nintendo showing the cartoony design of Fox and IMMEDIATELY jumping into semi-realistic. I got massive uncanny valley vibes from that. But, the more I see them, the more I like their new look.

I am so furious at YouTube for doing this. You have literal gambling ads plastered across your website. The video you take action on contains no real gambling, and is promoting an LGBTQ+ children's charity fundraiser. Absolutely horrendous image and optics for the website. Completely moronic
