Alright I've got to say, Markiplier did amazing on Iron Lung, I saw directive choices that other directors should learn from. The movie explained the universe lore so well with minimal flashbacks and narration, but mostly through natural flow in the movie. Minor spoiler for something I liked below

Most ridiculous way I've hurt myself also involves watermelon. Before hrt and younger I could crush a watermelon between my thighs with no issue, decided to try after getting weaker from hrt and fibro, forgot to stretch, pulled something in my back and still managed to squish it (sadly no crush)

Before you tell a disabled person it’s their family’s responsibility to care for them… remember that not everyone has family. What’s more, disabled people are far more likely to be trapped in abusive relationships. Better social supports would help them break free.

In kink, we differentiate between "hurt" and "harm". Hurt creates sensations — often interpreted as uncomfortable — that add to a positive experience. Harm causes damage that subtracts something from the person harmed. A scene might hurt you, even incredibly, but it should never harm you.
