5g daily. One of the few effective sports supplements with good evidence. Offers a small benefit to the shortest exertions (heavier lifts, quick sprints). Causes muscles to retain a bit of water, so helps a bulk aesthetic without causing bloating. Water may increase scale weight. No safety concerns.
