The decline in the writing can even be felt through the actors, especially Bella Ramsey which in most scenes looks like she didn't want to be there lol It's honestly so sad to see that as a TLOU fan. The unnecessary changes, the removed scenes and characters, the mischaracterization of Ellie, etc.

The majority of fans received S1 well, because it was written well and fairly faithful to the game and even the changes still added to the story. S2's writing is the opposite; It's ass and most of the changes they've made are incompetent, unreasonable and unnecessary. That's why they're mad now.
