Had to come back to this one because fuck if it isn't me, even now when I'm the happiest I've been in years my brain will randomly drop worst case scenarios which I'll then have to talk myself out of Why can't I just be happy without the fear of losing it 🤦‍♂️ stupid brain

Just tore the fuck out my jeans walking past a car parked like a gobshite on the pavement with loose body work Very sharp, just glad it wasn't my leg 😬

Also it's been eye opening to see how many people are genuinely happy to see my happy Not that I took it for granted before hand but it's been proper heartwarming to see, especially from my close friends IRL, I think they've somehow been more excited than me 🤣

Not said too much on here as I didn't wanna jinx it but I've met someone and she's amazing, been consistently genuinely happy for the first time in years I wasn't looking, even said to my mates a few times "only way I'll find someone is if they fall into my lap" and somehow that's actually happened

I became a Trails fan in 2023, and marathoned all 10 games at the time back to back. From the start, it was a niche series. So it's a bit surreal to see it finally getting the mainstream acclaim it deserves. Super excited for everyone starting out. You're in for a 13 game journey (so far...) 😌

After seeing Wolverine get mixed reviews I'm glad I cancelled my order after all the Playstation physical nonsense I'll still probably pick it up down the line but I no longer have any kind of fomo for not picking it up

State of play day and for the first time ever I don't wanna see cool Sony exclusives, I don't wanna get excited and have a reason to give them my money

GTA 6 looks exactly like I was expecting and that's not a bad thing because my expectations were HIGH Honestly it looks incredible and what they've shown barely scratches the surface of the story/world, still plenty more to come including multiplayer Still not happy about digital only but 🤷‍♂️

I've spoken to a few people about this and whilst I'm uncomfortable doing so, I'm just going to post this just incase anyone can help, even with the smallest amount. I know times are tough for everyone, I do not expect anything. gofund.me/5657c35c5

Something that's become so apparent lately is you can really tell which gaming companies see making good games as the goal and profit as the reward, and which view profit as the goal and try to work backwards from there. Cart before the horse.
