The reality is: the best time-line we can hope for is a New Union. One with proportional representation, forbidding money in elections (i.e. citizens united), publicly funded elections (federal, state, and local) only, equity, equality, and human rights--ALL ENSHRINED IN THE NEW CONSTITUTION.
