I'm going to call them today (if I remember) and hopefully get myself cleared to workout again. All that said, I am now at the lowest weight I've been during this weight loss journey - down 28 lbs from my starting weight and 37 from my highest weight.

Health/workout update: SO - my PCP canceled my appointment last Thursday for the third appointment in a row. I tried to make an appointment for my cardiologist online but you can only request a call back and no one has called me back.
