Health/workout update: SO - my PCP canceled my appointment last Thursday for the third appointment in a row. I tried to make an appointment for my cardiologist online but you can only request a call back and no one has called me back.

Quick fitness update: had my daughter's open house yesterday and last semester, it was the biggest struggle to walk to the building and climb the stairs. Yesterday it was not that bad and I didn't even have to find a place to sit like I did last time.
