Got my hair did for the first time in years yesterday. New hairdresser, and the salon is in her home. Not only did she know what I wanted, and do it perfectly, but I got to cuddle cats whilst getting it done. This is Bean having a snuggle.

Very pleased to have had a good deadlift session after the shitty one that sent me back to the physio last week... Might have been a chunk lighter (102.5kg as opposed to 125kg) but I'm just relieved there was no pain!

And today's lift fit. More like a children's TV presenter I think.

Oops - hyper focused so hard yesterday I didn't post the lift fit. It was a good fit - I had two people stop me to comment on it.

Today's lift fit. For context, I started doing these during COVID and they've kind of stuck over on Insta. So I'm sharing them here now. The boob weirdness is due to the whole bra debacle from this morning.

Very much a mixed bag start to the day. All the faux fur, plus my jumper dress and knee boots, so I look like a fat Daria (with fur), but managed to completely forget all my food and drink for the day, so it was a hurried visit to Pret this morning, whilst trying not to fall over on the ice.
