@thepressbox.bsky.social Surprised that New Hampshire and Iowa didn’t make the list. Feels like NH is at risk (slightly better for Dems than Maine on your tiers) and Iowa is ahead of Kansas.

Can we, for the love of all that is holy, stop playing Henry Davis? I think the sample size is large enough. The guy can’t hit major league pitching.

There is a huge disparity in viewership numbers. Definitely don't understand why a low rent parody of an 18 year-old movie has 6.5x as many views a fairly humorous Rob Riggle/Lisa Gilroy skit. And I have to imagine that the Browns expected a bigger view share with their Street Fighter collab.

It is clear that a lot of money and effort went into making these schedule release videos but most of them are dreadfully boring. End of the day, it is just a list of games that you can find on ESPN's website. That being said, I wasn't interested in which were the most watched.

I don't get this effort to event-ize the NFL schedule release. We know who each team is playing next season as soon as the previous season ends. It isn't a surprise. I just don't see this ever becoming a thing, unlike the draft, no matter how much the league spends.

Middle relief needs a little help too. But glad to see Cruz hitting again. And if Griffin can get going combined with our studly starting pitching, we could be in for some fun.

Really enjoying this year’s iteration of the Pirates. The line-up still needs a bit more pop but Lowe and O’Hearn have been solid additions (can we cut bait on Ozuna yet). This could be the year…to finish above 500.

The Legend of Zelda is 40 years old today. It came out in 1986 for the NES, and when it showed up at friend’s place, you knew it. We all gathered around the TV, someone had a notebook for secrets and maps, and afternoons turned into an adventures. www.retroist.com/p/retroist-l...
8 bit screenshot from the original Legend of Zelda. An old man stands between two burning torches inside a dark cave. On the screen in white block letters are the words, It is dangerous to go alone. Take this. Link, in a green tunic and cap, faces the old man as a wooden sword is offered to him. The cave walls are red and patterned in a repeating pixel design.

Said that we are past Era 1 (treating Rare Disease) and need to focus on how to bring it the tech to larger more complex diseases. Very clear articulation of what the Rare Disease community has been seeing (as sad as it is). Rare Disease is not something they are focused on.
