Okay this is getting ridiculous; Not only am I sleeping in a home that isn't mine, I have MUDKIP sleeping with me, who ALSO doesn't live in the home that the bed is located in...

I have updated my pokemon commission rules! I will now draw legendaries, fakemon and even digimon/other creature designs from other games (as long as it's discussed prior) There is now a specific list of pokemon I will not draw instead of vague rules last time!

This could be exciting... ...until one remembers that 99.99% of the time Nintendo does this, is to maintain intellectual property so they can cease-and-desist anyone else trying to do something related to the games

I should get into doing art, but I guess editing screenshots is a fine substitute; I think I have a good EYE* for this kinda stuff, as shown in this utterly incredible picture I took of Xerneas in Pokémon Legends: Z-A * "EYE" is a pun towards my edit of Xerneas' eyes in this image

Pokémon Legends: Z-A, view during dusk on overcast weather, on the rooftops of Lumiose City, showing close up of Xerneas who is standing elegantly and looking towards the camera.
The picture is slightly edited with increased colour saturation, and increased brightness on Xerneas' irises.

It's like some kind of sick joke, the game decided that the two special Pokémon I randomly get Shiny forms of are Pokémon that I've already hunted in another game... Though it is pretty funny that it just happened to be the Eon Duo

Pokémon Sword, view during Pokémon Camp in Max Lair, showing player talking to a Shiny Latias and a Shiny Latios, with a textbox saying "Latios doesn't seem to understand Latias very much."
In the background, a Shiny Lunala, a Hatterene and a Flareon are visible, along with a lime green tent.

TheLEGObrick @thelegobrick.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

I'm at my fucking limit. I've been doing a bit of Dynamax Adventure to find special Shiny Pokémon, and after a while I found one, but... ...it was fucking Latios, whom I had already caught as Shiny in Pokémon Legends: Z-A AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaahh fuck

Pokémon Sword, view in Pokémon summary, showing a level 70 Shiny Latios caught in a Premier Ball, with the Original Trainer being "TheLEGObrick" and Trainer ID being 656397

I have semi-jokingly called the duo of Lunala and Pheromosa (especially the Shiny individuals that I've caught) as "interdimensional sapphics", but I guess it's factual according to the game, lmao

Pokémon Sword, view during Pokémon Camp in Crown Tundra at night, showing player talking to a Shiny Pheromosa, with text "Pheromosa seems to be Lunala's best friend".
Part of the wing of a Shiny Lunala is visible on the left side of the image, and a Shiny Latias is visible behind Pheromosa.

I just noticed an interesting thing, after probably 4 years of it hiding in plain sight: The logos of Pokémon Scarlet/Violet feature a strange symbol in the top right corner. The almost same symbol is present on a strange metal plaque in Area Zero ...There's fuck all information as to what it is

Pokémon (Scarlet/)Violet, view in the main cave of Area Zero, showing a large grey metal plaque, with a strange symbol of overlapping triangles and two ovals, along with a bit of gibberish text and a vague map of Paldea with Area Zero and settlement locations visible on it

I genuinely don't even know when and why I got into video games: The oldest memories I have are of some educational game on the family PC literally before I could even read (at least 21 years ago by now) I did receive a Nintendo DS Lite shortly before school age, which was a bit influential

I think I have to post a very legendary photo; this one was well seen back in the day on Twitter... Context: There was a debate about Octolings not having good hairstyles, and I put this picture titled "Counterpoint" as quote... and I got flamed by almost everyone, it was very funny

Splatoon 3, view around the lower street of Splatsville, showing player character, a feminine Octoling with mildly pale skin, purple hair colour, fade hair style, curly eyebrows, teal and salmon eyes, wearing Cephalo Pods for headgear, Lime Ski Jacket for clothing, loose shorts for legwear, and Red Hammertreads for footwear. To the side is a Smallfry with mohawk standing about.
