NHS Fife may have found their Scapegoat in the recent Employment Tribunal The decision to allow Dr Upton to use the Female space was made by a ‘DEI Lead’ with no background in HR, or Law, or a relevant field of study, nor any role specific training. A likely costly mistake, but a great case study
