Hehe, this area is so not used to #boats being #moored here! I’ve been asked so many questions this morning while tending my #flowers 😂🤣. Everyone seems really friendly. The kids in one of the houses opposite were so surprised they thought we’d broken down 😂🤣. Funny lil spot, but lovely! #UKCanals

The houses next to this mooring was so happy!They had a bunch of friends over, don’t follow #football but it was like being at a stadium last night.Great to hear folks so happy! Went for a little #drive about,shocker right 🤣😂.After picking up some deliveries in #Banbury we went over to #MarketHarborough , it’s been one of our #favourite places since we got our #boat .We only discovered it because in 1976 our girl was built there,we go loads now.Beautiful #UKCanals arm too!

The Market Harborough old grammar school building. It’s white with exposed beams with diamond leaded windows it’s also on distinctive wooden stilts (known as the Undercroft). Church on the left and red brick buildings on the right. Normally someone’s sitting there so can’t get a pic, but today the 2 benches in front of it were empty! Building was built in 1614.
It’s a grade 1 listed building with lovely embossed designs inside diamond shape bits.

Following from my previous post, Canal and River Trust have just noticed they made a mistake in that notification. #Braunston locks are closed for #Widebeam however the #Narrowboat can still get through 🎉😁. #UKCanals

Good morning!How are you all?Well I got my new coat yesterday 🥳.Plus the #narrowboat behind us left this morning,so we pulled ours back and tada,signal and Internet 🤣.So now we can stay here for the 14 days which is nice as the car is closer than usual.We also aren’t moored next to holes! #UKCanals

My new Mazda CX3 in “Soul Red” overlooking Mudeford sea. The currents go in all directions here and did not disappoint this day (sometimes totally flat on the surface). This day, front current going to the left and in the middle going towards us and breaking waves. Sky was grey and cloudy with the odd break of white giving a very 3D look.
