It is funny to me how in Fallout 4, the Brotherhood of Steel is actually the more woke faction due to the fact we all hate robots pretending to be people in 2026.

Once I build the troops of that box, I will start looking up builds and also get a Codex. I have every interest in playing the game now, just to see if I'd enjoy it.

So I decided the first army I am going to paint up for gameplay is the Black Legion. I bought a box of Chaos Marine legionaries, and so I figured they'd be a good first army to build. Imma post my first completed mini after I am finished.

I do think it would be genuinely the funniest thing if this conflict between Trump and the Pope would culminate in the US creating an Anti-Pope like back in the Medieval times.

The fact that in five years I have put only under 500 hours into CK3, while having put double that into CK2 in a matter of three is pretty telling. And for the record, it's not because I am more busy. I am unemployed now. Back then I was in college.

Idk if this is because my favorite sci-fi factions are all the worst people but I always thought it was corny as fuck when people try to use the "good guy" factions in sci-fi to win people over to their side in politics.

I am someone who can play a character archetype both completely unironically, playing them straight and via the stereotype as well as the cynical, satirical method where they are more or less an over the top commentary on just how shitty a particular archetype can be.

Honestly kinda glad BSKY is reaching "Hellsite" status. Means on occasion I can give my braincells one hell of cataclysm whenever I feel like they've had it too good for too long.

And when I say complex, I am mainly referring to the engine. How much voice acting there is. How do the textures and physiques look and work. The more simple all of those things are, the more easily a mod can blend in well with them.

Old Kurgan @thegreatkurgan.bsky.social · 05/10/2025

For big overhaul mods, I am EXTREMELY picky. The reason being is I like for the mod to feel like it works seamlessly with the game, like a really meaty DLC or expansion. The more complex a game is, the harder this is to achieve. That is why I love modding games like Morrowind.

would it be a hot person trait if i just spent the next few days playing tamriel rebuilt in morrowind?

So the key reason I like to keep things "lore friendly" is because to me, it's half the fun of immersing myself in a setting. It feels like a puzzle.

Alright so the book I read was absolutely peak. Huron Blackheart is such an interesting character. I love the way he navigates the politics of Chaos Space marines. Honestly, he is up there with my favorites.

I hate when enchantments for weapons in video games are just a basic stat boost. Give me some real goober enchantments that have me do weird shit.

So I have been playing Oblivion Remastered, and i have been enjoying it a lot. However a lot of that I will admit is bias. I loved Oblivion, and still do... Despite how bad it is.
