My aorta dissected nearly four years ago. I breathed through intense chest pain until it passed and thought I was fine. Only because one of my carotid arteries had also dissected, eventually causing stroke-like symptoms, did I go to the hospital. Emergency open-heart surgery then saved my life. 🙏🕉️☮️❤️

Three years ago today – 10/10/22 – as I touched the heart chakra of a tantrik massage recipient for the first time, the artery carrying blood away from my heart tore apart inside as my aorta dissected. Left untreated that typically leads the aorta to rupture, causing instant death. (1/)
