Literally how could you not have already had a capsule summary of **THE GODFATHER**. Like, they must have had one, right? This isn't the first time it's been on streaing. They're not just using slop, they're replacing actual useful copy they already had with slop

Tell me: Who was military governor of Germany, chief of staff of the Army, 1 Supreme Allied Commander of Europe and of course, President during those 14 years?

Wikipedia screenshot of Operation Paperclip: Operation Paperclip was a secret United States intelligence program in which more than 1,600 German scientists, engineers, and technicians were taken from former Nazi Germany to the US for government employment after the end of World War II in Europe, (HIGHLIGHTED) between 1945 and 1959; several were confirmed to be former members of the Nazi Party, including the SS or the SA.

Listen to me. Listen. If you're making images that will only be displayed on screens, YOU HAVE TO LET GO. You can calibrate your screens perfectly, but then 25k people will see it on their shitty $50 monitors or cracked phone and its out of your hands. Don't think of it. Achieve enlightenment.

Tweet by @night margin "digital artist woes" image of the same color gradient on various screen (monitor 1 appears very grey purple, phone appear VERY pink, monitor 2 appears a more saturated purple, laptop appears brownish red, family's phone appears much darker and bluer etc.)

imo the thrust of the advice to "know your audience" is not "write what your preexisting audience wants to read, or what you expect An Audience to want to read" it's "there is an audience who wants to read what you want to write, so write squarely for them and don't hedge it"
