Weirdly, a bunch of stuff I’ve read in the last week or so - both pro and fan written - have used “breathe in for four, out for four” as a way to calm characters down. Did this get popularized somewhere? I guess it’s better than when everyone was “breathe in blue, exhale pink”.

This tiny bee rode my shoulder for most of the lunch time dog walk so i dropped her in some asters to get lost in the sauce.

Since people are excited about these: I need to raise £60ish to buy the required labels, after which the hats will be £120 (which only covers labour. Yarn costs are negligible since it's upcycled from donated and thrifted yarns). Each one will be unique, since it's ends of balls.
