i want to eventually see the insanely long elon musk documentary, but in the interim, this short 2 paragraph nuclear bomb from @karlbode.com is about the single best description of elon ive ever seen

Quick reminder: Elon Musk is an unremarkable and virulent racist who cosplays as a supergenius engineer. He leveraged the money he lucked into at Paypal to opportunistically glom onto actual innovators and take singular credit for their work while consistently cutting corners in ways that put human lives at risk.

There's bottomless evidence he doesn't know how anything works, yet has found unsurprising financial success in a country being devoured alive by artifice.

There’s a GIANT chick fil a being built near my job. It is massive- just for chicken and french fries! 4 drive through lanes…if they used part of the building to help members of the community, maybe you would need that much space…but this just seems greedy and gross.
